I’m driven by a simple goal: helping organisations and leaders perform at their best.
Impactero supports organisations, leaders and teams in strengthening performance—by improving leadership, collaboration, and organisational effectiveness. Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked with leaders and teams across industries, with a strong focus on scaling teams and organisations in complex environments and turning strategy into real, measurable results.
A key focus of my work is helping leaders leverage AI beyond the hype—practically, responsibly, and with real business impact.
